Hanningfield Park is a perfect example of sustainable construction, taking a previous industrial use site set within the rural countryside of East Hanningfield, Essex, and constructing 92No residential units. EPA were instructed to undertake a full Stage 4 structural and civil engineering design for the entire project. Working alongside both our Client: Randall Watts, and local Architects: Third Dimension Architectural & Interior Design, EPA were able to see the project through from design to construction stage.
