Refurbishment of a listed manor house into residential apartments alongside new residential dwellings within the grounds.

Located in a quant setting within the beautiful Brentwood countryside Boyles Court consisted of the refurbishment of a historically listed manor house building in to 13No residential apartments, as well as the introduction of 16No new residential dwellings within the grounds to form a stunning enclosed courtyard configuration. Working alongside both our Client: Marden Homes, and local Architects: RHA Ancathus, EPA were instructed to undertake a full Stage 4 structural and civil engineering design on the project through to construction stage.
